Caring for a parent comes with a pile of paperwork. We'll explain every page.

Snap a photo of the bill, the letter, the discharge sheet. Kinfile tells you what it means, what you actually owe, and what to do by when.

Kinfile is in development. We'll email you once when it's ready, nothing else.

You're on the list.

Three quick questions help us build the right thing. All optional.

Who are you caring for?
Would $14.99 a month be worth it to you?

What it does for you

Built for the person who became the family's care coordinator without being asked. Everything works from your phone in a few minutes.

Explains any document

A hospital discharge sheet, an insurance denial, a pharmacy bill
What it says in plain English, what's urgent, and anything that looks wrong

Tracks every deadline

Dates buried in letters and statements
A checklist with reminders, so a 30-day window doesn't slip past

Keeps it all in one place

Meds, doctors, insurance cards, power of attorney
One file, plus an emergency sheet you can hand to an ER nurse

Gets you ready for appointments

Recent changes and your own notes
The questions worth asking, then a clean summary of what the doctor said

Writes the hard letters

A denied claim, a records request, a billing dispute
A ready-to-send draft, filled in from your parent's file

Coming after launch: a benefits check that finds programs your parent may qualify for, sharing with siblings, and a scam check for suspicious calls and texts.

Questions

Is this medical or legal advice?

No. Kinfile explains documents and helps you stay organized. For decisions about care, money or the law, it points you to the right office, doctor or professional, and anything about money or deadlines comes with a reminder to confirm it with them.

Is my parent's information safe?

Documents will be encrypted and only visible to you and the family members you invite. We won't sell your data or use it for advertising.

When does it launch?

We're building it now. Everyone on the waitlist hears first, and founding-member prices go to the earliest signups.

What phones will it work on?

iPhone first, with Android to follow.

Do I need my parent's permission?

You'll only add documents you already have access to. Many families set this up together, and it works especially well when you hold a power of attorney.
